Costomer Service Policy
All Raytex employees put the customer first, from the initial sale to detailed service assistance. Our aim is to earn the trust of our customers and provide reliable equipment and service.
Service Philosophy
¡Raytexfs goal is to provide its customers with inspection equipment meeting the highest standard in the industry. We achieve this by understanding the customerfs every need, and building our equipment to meet each of those needs.

¡Raytexfs service staff is committed to providing excellence in customer service, from initial installation and start-up of our equipment at the customerfs facility to resolving any problem, no matter how small. Raytex works around the clock to perfect its technology, so as to provide its customers with the highest performance available at all times.
Service Centers
¡Raytex has Service Centers located both domestically in Japan and overseas, in order to respond swiftly and efficiently to every customer need. We now have 4 domestic sites (located in Tokyo, Yokohama, Fukuoka and Fukushima), and 3 overseas sites (in the US, Taiwan and Korea), with plans to establish more sites as needed.
